Chris is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Monash University. In addition to having a breadth of clinical experience, Chris also has experience managing and working with residential facilities and community outreach programs in the disability, mental health and Out of Home Care sectors.
Over the last ten years, Chris has supported individuals with intellectual disability and challenging behaviour. This includes working with individuals whose behaviour presents a significant safety risk to themselves and others. During this time, Chris has developed a comprehensive understanding of how behavioural science can be used to significantly change a person’s quality of life for the better.
Chris is also a highly experienced trainer of human services staff. He delivers training in key management skills as well as hands-on therapeutic and trauma-informed service delivery. Chris is a passionate advocate for the rights of all people and genuinely loves his job.
Chris is located in Northern NSW and provides support to individuals, families and services across the southern Gold Coast, Tweed and Byron locales.
